Hi!

My name is Caitlin Windsor-Brown. I am a certified make-up artist with over six years experience in the indsutry. I actually started doing make-up quite early on but it wasn't your typical kind.. I started special effects makeup when I was 11,  I was OBSESSED! I would do my make-up and scare my brother and sister all the time. Thankfully they didn't hold it against me.

It took me a bit longer to find a love for beauty make-up. In middle school and high school, what surrounded make-up to me wasn't love or something that was really celebrated. I didn't understand the need for it, I thought people  should love themselves as they are, and not have to hide behind make-up.  When I turned 18 and started going out, I started to play around with it more. I realized the difference it could make in enhancing natural beauty, and if you took it further, how it could change your whole look. I loved not being stuck in one box of what I looked like, and in that - I fell in love.

 

I now currently work mainly on film sets, weddings and of course when its my favourite time of year - Halloween make-up. I have worked with stars such as Canadian Singer/songwriter/actress Jan Arden and Canadian Comedy Award winner and actor Rob Wells(Trailer Park Boys) as well as Actor and Producer Enrico Colantoni (Galaxy Quest, Veronica Mars). I've also had the chance to work on music videos in Canada as well as travel to  Los Angeles. My passion for make-up continues to grow and flourish - you can never stop learning! My goal as your make-up artist is to help you feel comfortable, beautiful and awaken your inner BOSS BABE! Thanks for taking the time to get to know my story.
