Pre-appointment
Should I book a bridal a trial?
Trials are an integral part of any bridal look. It is important to connect with and get to know our clients prior to their big day for optimal results and a stress free wedding day! A bridal trial includes any prep needing to be done, and one on one time, to discuss your dream look. Not only do trials allow us more time, but it allows us more opportunity to create your desired look and work together before the stress and butterflies on your wedding day. If you have opted for no trial, a $50 NO TRIAL FEE will be added onto your bridal booking. This is to accommodate needing to allocate additional time to your booking to ensure your makeup including lash style, lip color, finishes & textures are to your liking.
Will you stay for touch ups?
This is a “makeup & go” basis; after completion we are not required to stay. If required to stay later for touchups, a “touchup” fee will be added. (Even if finished earlier than expected).
When should I book a trial?
We would love to meet or chat with you as soon as possible after we first connect, this way we can establish a relationship and ensure we are the right fit for each other. Wedding trials may be booked anytime prior to your wedding. We recommended that your wedding trial is booked and done approximately 4-8 weeks prior to the wedding date. This way, most of the details of your wedding are finalized, you have your dress as well as a clear idea how you would like to look. The trial time is also used to confirm the final details, itinerary, set up and more.
What time is the earlies/latest I can book an appointment?
Our team can start as early or as late as you'd like and have you ready to go for whatever time you need! *Applicable Early/Late Start Fee of $25 extra per hour/per stylist prior to 7:00 am or after 5:00 pm.
Travel & Fees
Is there a travel fee?
A travel fee of $10 will be added when travelling to a location. Anything out side of the surrounding area (Winnipeg) will be an additional $1 per km. (Both ways per artist)
Can I book you for a location outside of Manitoba/Canada?
We love to cater to you and would love to be apart of your big day, no matter where it is! Please email us for a quote.
I'm running late, will I still get my full time slot?
Any member showing up late for their scheduled service will receive a shortened service. Any clients arriving 15 minutes late to Caitlin and/or her teams location will be charged the full price of the appointment and has rightful authority to reschedule the appointment.
I need to cancel my appointment, what should I do?
In the event that the booking is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable. Please
cancel early as possible. Cancellation within 1 month of the wedding date is subject to an additional $100 cancellation fee. Any other make-up applications will also have a non-refundable deposit. (50% of total.)

What's the
earliest/latest I can book an appointment?
Events happen at all times of the day and night, so to ensure you're ready when you need to be our team can work any time of day, any day. (Early/late start fee of $30 per artist per hour prior 7:00am post 5:00PM. Holiday fee dependent on holiday.)
What if there's paid parking?
Any necessary parking fee(s) for the artist(s) will be paid by the client.
What kind of space do you need to set up?
To help everything go smoothly for you appointment please keep in mind a decent size space is needed to set up are equipment. Ideally well let, a high chair and table space to properly set up is needed. Please let us know if you don't have something and we will do our best to make it work!
