A travel fee of $10 will be added when travelling to a location. Anything out side of the surrounding area (Winnipeg) will be an additional $1 per km. (Both ways per artist)

Any necessary parking fee(s) for the artist(s) will be paid by the client.

Any​ ​member​ ​showing​ ​up​ ​late​ ​for​ ​their​ ​scheduled​ ​service​ ​will​ ​receive​ ​a​ ​shortened service​. Any clients arriving 15 minutes late to Caitlin and/or her teams location will be charged the full price of the appointment and has rightful authority to reschedule the appointment.

In the event that the booking is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable. Please cancel early as possible. Cancellation within 1 month of the wedding date is subject to an additional $100 cancellation fee. Any other make-up applications will also have a non-refundable deposit. (50% of total.)

Trials are an integral part of any bridal look. It is important to connect with and get to know our clients prior to their big day for optimal results and a stress free wedding day! A bridal trial includes any prep needing to be done, and one on one time, to discuss your dream look. Not only do trials allow us more time, but it allows us more opportunity to create your desired look and work together before the stress and butterflies on your wedding day. If you have opted for no trial, a $50 NO TRIAL FEE will be added onto your bridal booking. This is to accommodate needing to allocate additional time to your booking to ensure your makeup including lash style, lip color, finishes & textures are to your liking.

We would love to meet or chat with you as soon as possible after we first connect, this way we can establish a relationship and ensure we are the right fit for each other. Wedding trials may be booked anytime prior to your wedding. We recommended that your wedding trial is booked and done approximately 4-8 weeks prior to the wedding date. This way, most of the details of your wedding are finalized, you have your dress as well as a clear idea how you would like to look. The trial time is also used to confirm the final details, itinerary, set up and more.

Our team can start as early or as late as you'd like and have you ready to go for whatever time you need! *Applicable Early/Late Start​ ​Fee​ ​of​ ​$25​ extra ​per​ ​hour/per​ ​stylist​ ​prior​ ​to​ ​7:00 ​am or after 5:00 pm.

This is a “makeup & go” basis; after completion we are not required to stay. If required to stay later for touchups, a “touchup” fee will be added. (Even if finished earlier than expected).

To help everything go smoothly for you appointment please keep in mind a decent size space is needed to set up are equipment. Ideally well let, a high chair and table space to properly set up is needed. Please let us know if you don't have something and we will do our best to make it work!
