F A Q 's and Tips

  • It is highly recommended to book a trial, as it assures the client and artist are on the same page as well as to ensure the highest efficiency in time on your wedding day. (OPT OUT FEE $50.00)

 

  • BRIDAL PACKAGE: Flawless airbrushed foundation, basic lashes, as well as a complimentary touch up kit (full size lipstick, single use makeup wipe, gel eye mask).​

 

  • A travel fee will be added for a services requiring travel at $0.67 per km (both ways).​

  • Early​ ​start​ ​fee​ ​of​ ​$25​ extra ​per​ ​hour/per​ ​stylist​ ​prior​ ​to​ ​7:00 ​am or after 5:00 pm.

  • If you are paying cash the day of, please have each clients money collected in an envelope for easy exchange with Caitlin upon arrival.​​

​​

  • In the event that something is damaged during your service (equipment, makeup spills, etc.) Caitlin and her team are not held responsible.

  • Any necessary parking fee(s) for the artist(s) will be paid by the client.

 

  • In the event that the booking is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation within 1 month of the wedding date is subject to an additional $100 cancellation fee.

 

  • This is a “makeup & go” basis; after completion Caitlin is not required to stay. If required to stay later for touchups, a “touchup” fee will be added. (Even if finished earlier than expected).

 

  • Any​ ​member​ ​showing​ ​up​ ​late​ ​for​ ​their​ ​scheduled​ ​service​ ​will​ ​receive​ ​a​ ​shortened service​.

 

  • Any clients arriving 15 minutes late to Caitlin's and/or her teams location will be charged the full price of the appointment and Caitlin has rightful authority to reschedule the appointment.

 

  • Any​ ​no-shows​ ​for​ ​wedding​ ​parties​ ​scheduled​ ​will​ ​be​ ​charged​ ​the​ ​full-price​ ​of services.
